Hi, I'm Neg—and I'm going to show you how to feel at home in your body, once and for all.
I know what it's like to hustle for your worthiness.
For years I subsisted on a diet of 1500 calories a day, weighing, measuring, and tracking every single thing I ate.
I exercised to punish myself and weighed myself every day. If I gained weight, I'd be in a terrible mood for the entire day, berating myself for being "undisciplined."
If I lost weight, I felt worthy, and would often reward myself with something delicious that was "off" my diet.
But here's the wildest part: I was 12% body fat and I still hated my body.
It didn't matter how lean I got—I still never felt good enough. I still didn't feel at home in my body, or as though I had the right to show up and take up any space.
What I finally learned, after years of healing and self exploration, is that feeling powerful in my body has nothing at all to do with how my body looks.
Today, I feel more powerful, confident, and alive in my skin—and I know that whether I have a six pack or cellulite, it doesn't matter. I am more than my body and I have more to offer the world.
It's not that I love every single thing about my body. In fact, I think that the notion that we need to love every aspect of ourselves is total bullshit. I'm not a fan of these lame affirmations like "just look in the mirror and say you love yourself!"
Ew. No. Those types of shallow platitudes don't inspire or motivate me, and I'm sure you don't find value in them either.
What I am into and what does inspire me is the idea of seeing myself as whole person—not a compilation of parts. I'm not my cellulite or my body fat or any of my so-called "flaws," and I refuse to treat my body that way.
Rather than punish myself with workouts and strict diets, I now use fitness and nutrition as ways to honor and care for my whole self. I don't compare myself to other women, nor do I hustle for any specific type of body. I know that my body is simply a reflection of my lifestyle—not my worth or value.
I am a whole human: body, mind, and soul.
And so are you.
The Truth is, This Obsession With Your Body is a Distraction

This obsession with having to look a certain way in order to have the right to show up is straight up stealing from us. It's keeping us small in our bodies, our professional lives, and our relationships.
This obsession with our bodies is something we simply cannot afford for one more second of our precious, limited lives.
You have far too much magic to make, too much love to feel, and too many adventures to have to be worried about your "flaws" and "imperfections."
You are a POWERFUL creature, a radiant, autonomous being.
A Warrior Goddess.
You were not put on this Earth to obsess over your cellulite, body fat, and stretch marks.
You were not meant to feel like a stranger in your own body.
You don't have to hustle for your worthiness and you don't have to spend one more precious day of your life obsessed with your body.
You are the boss of your own body, and you deserve to feel comfortable, powerful, and alive within your own skin.

WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM ENTAIL?
This is a 6-week self-study program that includes weekly videos, reading materials, and journaling activities through a member portal. You can also download all of your materials. You’ll go at your own pace as you study a new Body Boss Module each week.
WHAT IF I NEED MORE THAN 6 WEEKS TO STUDY?
No worries! You’ll have access to the member portal for a year, and you can also download all of your materials. This is your evolution and I encourage you to go at a pace that serves you.

While BBA mindset strategies will help ANYONE feel more powerful, this course is NOT designed to treat or cure eating disorders. Please consult with a qualified professional as it pertains to eating disorders, and know that the help you seek is available to you. You are not alone.
Is there a fitness or nutrition component?
Nope! While fitness and nutrition are vital components of self care, BBA is not designed to focus on your body—rather the thoughts and feelings around your body that are keeping you small. I do encourage you to check out many of my other programs which are fitness related.
